SupplementAuthority.com ships all orders in unmarked discreet packages. Standard shipping is used in most cases. This service usually takes 3-7 days. This is depending where you reside. This also does not include weekends or holidays. You can choose other shipping methods if you want your product(s) faster such as: Next day air, 2nd day air or 3 day ground. These special services are on in stock merchandise only. For any reason that we are out of stock on an order that carries any of these options, you will be notified immediately. SupplementAuthority.com will not be responsible for delays directly related to the carrier. SupplementAuthority.com in some cases will use a third party to ship your order. This third party will be governed under the same policies we operate under. Your information will not be sold or retained by this third party for any reason what so ever. For destinations in Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO locations, you pay shipping charges based on the weight of the package. UPS does not bring merchandise directly to PO BOXES, there will be a card sent for you to pick up you package at the nearest UPS location in your area. We guarantee that your order will go out the day you order if it is before 3:00 pm EST (12:00 pm PST). We strive to get each and ever order out as they come in. If you have specified a One, Two, or Three Day delivery and are placing the order after 3:00 pm EST (12:00 pm PST), it is likely your order will be shipped the following business day.

Returns: If you would like to return a product, you must phone 1-866-348-6699 (M-F 2:00PM to 5:00PM CST) or email us at returns@supplementauthority.com within 30 days of the shipment date to receive authorization and return instructions. You must get a return authorization #, before returning any products. Please note, products cannot be returned if the only reason is that you do not like a particular flavor. All unopened products can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price, less any shipping charges and credit card fees that may have applied. Products must be sealed, unopened, and in original packaging. Products must be shipped back to Supplement Authority at the customers' expense. The customer must insure all merchandise properly. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned products. Shipping charges cannot be refunded as well credit card Fees. Fifteen percent (15%) of the entire order will be charged to your credit card for returns that are not the fault of SUPPLEMENT AUTHORITY, this covers our expenses with the credit card companies. If items are not insured properly and get damaged or lost when returned, we cannot grant refunds. No product returns can be accepted after 30 days. Damages: If you receive any merchandise that was damaged during shipping, you must phone, 1-866-348-6699 (M-F 2:00PM to 5:00PM CST) or email us at returns@supplementauthority.com within 24 hours after your receipt of shipment. We will then contact the shipping company for visual inspection of the merchandise and box. We will issue you full credit for the amount of any confirmed damaged merchandise, less any shipping charges that may have applied.
